- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. chopped cooked pork
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Fry pork in oil until coated and heated for about a minute, stirring constantly. Add rice, eggs, pepper and soy sauce;

3fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.

4Sprinkle green onions over top and serve.

5Cooked ham, chicken, or shrimp may be used in place of pork.
