  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. bologna
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 box long grain rice
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Cook onion and pepper in butter until done, then push aside in skillet.

    Cook bacon and bologna, in pieces, on other side of skillet.

    Cook until done.

    Put in rice and 1/4 bottle of soy sauce.

    Put in garlic.

    Break egg and stir until done.
