Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice (see directions)
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 6 large mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 8 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 to 1 c. any diced ham, shrimp, bacon, pork

Directions

    Cover rice with water and put lid on pan.

    Put on medium heat until pan lid is hot.

    Turn heat down to very low.

    No salt.

    Cook for 35 minutes.

    Fluff with fork.

    Cool with lid off.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.
