- 1 c. rice (see directions)
- 3 beaten eggs
- 6 large mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 to 1 c. any diced ham, shrimp, bacon, pork
Directions

1Cover rice with water and put lid on pan.

2Put on medium heat until pan lid is hot.

3Turn heat down to very low.

4No salt.

5Cook for 35 minutes.

6Fluff with fork.

7Cool with lid off.

8Put in refrigerator overnight.
