  • 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups chilled leftover cooked rice
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add ham, mushrooms, peas and onions; cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add rice, egg and soy sauce; mix well.

    Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until egg is set, stirring constantly.
