- Sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1/2 cup diced Chinese sausage
- 1 bunch Chinese water spinach, washed and shredded
- 4 heads baby bok choy, cleaned and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1Heat a wok over high heat.

2Add enough sesame oil to lightly coat the bottom of the wok.

3Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

4Add the sausage and stir-fry for another 1 minute.

5Add the spinach and bok choy and cook quickly until just slightly wilted, about 30 seconds.

6Add the rice and soy sauce and toss until the ingredients are combined well and the rice is heated through.
