- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 4 eggs
- 2 steaks
- mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Bring water to boil.

2Add rice and stir.

3Turn to low heat and cover; let stand 20 minutes.

4Fry, boil, bake or broil steaks. Cut into bite size pieces.

5Fry eggs individually.

6When everything is done, mix together all ingredients in large frying pan in butter and soy sauce.

7Heat thoroughly.

8Fry mixed vegetables and use as a topping for rice.
