- 4 c. rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. sweet peas
- 1/2 c. sweet corn
- 1 bulb onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- cooking oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- salt
Directions

1Cook sweet peas and corn together.

2Scramble eggs. Place skillet on medium heat.

3Coat with cooking oil.

4After oil is hot, add garlic, onions and rice and mix.

5After mixture is fried blend in soy sauce.

6Add salt.

7Cook for 30 minutes.

8Add drained peas and corn, mixing thoroughly and let cook for a few minutes.

9Place on serving dish and sprinkle with scrambled eggs on top and serve.
