  • 1/2 roll Portuguese sausage, diced
  • 1/2 can Spam or char siu, diced
  • round onion, diced
  • string beans, diced
  • 3 to 4 eggs, fried omelette style and sliced
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • oyster sauce
  • shoyu
