- 14 oz. can salmon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain the salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

2Put meat into a mixing bowl, break apart well with a fork, then add the flour and slightly beaten egg.

3Add pepper, if desired.

4Mix well.

5Add the baking powder to the reserved liquid; then beat well with fork until foamy.

6Pour this into the salmon mixture, then stir until blended.

7Using two teaspoons, scoop the mixture and drop into deep fryer.
