Fried Salted Cod

- 400 grams salted cod (add more or less depending on how much you want)
- 250 ml sunflower oil, to fry
- 1 all-purpose flour, to coat
Directions

1Soak cod in cold water for approximately 24 hours prior to cooking, changing the water 3-4 times within that period.

2Dab in kitchen roll to remove excess water.

3Add enough flour in a shallow bowl to coat the fish.

4Cut the cod portions into smaller pieces.

5In a frying pan pour in the oil and heat on a medium heat.

6One by one coat the pieces and carefully drop into the frying pan.

7Fry for 3-6 minutes on each side, cooking time depends on the thickness.

8Remove when done and dab with kitchen paper.

9Serve as a starter or as a meal with chips.
