  • 1 (10 to 14 lb.) turkey
  • cayenne pepper
  • paprika
  • seasoned salt
  • Tony's Creole
  • other seasonings (your favorite)
  • 35 lb. or 5 gal. peanut oil

Directions

    Having thawed your turkey, remove all wrappings, neck and giblets.

    Cover the turkey, inside and out, with seasonings.

    Use paprika last.

    Place turkey in plastic bag and place in refrigerator overnight.
