- 1 turkey breast
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour to coat turkey
- hot oil
Directions

1Slice turkey breast 1/2 inch across the grain.

2Place in large bowl.

3Mix egg, buttermilk, salt and pepper together.

4Pour over the meat.

5Put enough flour in a brown paper bag to coat turkey.

6Fry in hot oil 350° until brown (like you fry fish).
