- 2 lb. meat, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 sliced medium onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. tomatoes
- noodles
Directions

1Heat bacon fat in skillet and brown venison on both sides. Add celery and onions; brown.

2Add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 hours, until tender.

3Cook noodles, drain and serve with meat.
