- 1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup

- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt

- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
