Friendship Cake

Name: Friendship Cake
Ingredients: 1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix (if using a cake mix that does not have pudding in the mix, add 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix); 2/3 c. oil; 3 eggs; 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans; 1/3 c. starter juice; coconut, chopped apricots and dates (optional; I use coconut)

2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/3 c. starter juice
coconut, chopped apricots and dates (optional; I use coconut)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon.

Do not use electric mixer.

Bake in greased Bundt pan/loaf pan or small aluminum pans at 300° for 50 to 70 minutes or until brown.
