  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped Finely
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

    Brown ground beef in a large skillet.

    Add onions and continue to cook until onions are translucent.

    When ground beef is cooked completely, drain excess grease, leaving just about a tablespoon of liquid in the skillet.

    Return to the stovetop and add the canned pinto beans.

    Use the empty pinto bean can and add two cans of water to the skillet.

    Add salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Loosely cover with a piece of aluminum foil.

    Let simmer at medium/low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring about every 8-10 minutes.

    Mixture will thicken.

    Serve with a wedge of corn bread and a salad.
