- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 whole Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped Finely
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Beans
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef in a large skillet.

2Add onions and continue to cook until onions are translucent.

3When ground beef is cooked completely, drain excess grease, leaving just about a tablespoon of liquid in the skillet.

4Return to the stovetop and add the canned pinto beans.

5Use the empty pinto bean can and add two cans of water to the skillet.

6Add salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

7Loosely cover with a piece of aluminum foil.

8Let simmer at medium/low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring about every 8-10 minutes.

9Mixture will thicken.

10Serve with a wedge of corn bread and a salad.
