- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 12 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lime
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 small hamburger buns
- 1 cup shoestring potato sticks
- olive oil, burgers (for frying)
Directions

1Soak bread crumbs in milk.

2Beat eggs.

3Mix eggs, chopped onions, salt, Ketchup, lime, garlic powder, paprika and soaked bread crumbs into ground beef.

4Make six small beef patties and refrigerate (covered) overnight.

5Fry Fritas in a small amount of olive oil and cook very well on both sides until done.

6Set Fritas on Ketchup-smeared hamburger rolls.

7Cover generously with shoestring potato sticks and close bun.

8Add more salt to taste if you wish.
