- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Drain juice from one artichoke jar into frying pan.

2Chop both jars of artichokes and set aside.

3Saute onion and garlic in frying pan of marinade.

4Beat eggs.

5Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco.

6Stir in cheese, parsley and artichokes.

7Add onion mixture.

8Put in 7 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
