  • salt and pepper
  • 12 large frog legs

    Preheat deep fat to 238°.

    Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag.

    Place frog legs in bag.

    Shake, coating well.

    Remove legs and shake off excess.

    Drop in hot fat and fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
