  • 1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 lb. small red potatoes
  • 2 lb. hot smoked link sausage, cut into 1 1/2-inch slices
  • 6 ears fresh corn, halved
  • 4 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp

Directions

    Fill large Dutch oven with water.

    Add Old Bay seasoning. Bring to boil.

    Add potatoes, return to boil.

    Cook 10 minutes. Add corn, return to boil.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    Add sausage, return to boil.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add shrimp and return to boil.

    Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until shrimp turns pink.

    Remove with slotted spoon onto serving platter.

    Serve with cole slaw, French bread, cocktail sauce and key lime pie.
