  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • t tsp basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 - 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 lbs eggplant
  • 2 each Tbsp parmesan and cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • w tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup each parmesan and cheddar cheeses
