- 1/2 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry (1 sheet)
- 1/2 c. canned chocolate frosting
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pistachio nuts or pecans
Directions

1Thaw pastry for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

2Unfold pastry.

3Cut on the 3 fold lines. Then cut each piece crosswise into 7 rectangles (21 total). Arrange pastry rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet.

4Prick several times with a fork.

5Bake in a 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.

6Transfer to a wire rack.

7Stir 3 to 4 teaspoons water into chocolate frosting.

8Spoon frosting over tops of warm pastries.

9Immediately sprinkle with nuts.

10Cool thoroughly.

11Makes 21 pastries.
