- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb walnuts - shelled

1Mix sugar and sour cream.

2Bring to boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

4Add nuts and stir until mixture begins to sugar.

5Pour on waxed paper; separate and cool thoroughly.

6Pack in air tight container.

7Will keep 3 months.
