  • 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. ice cubes
  • sugar or sweetener to taste
  • garnish: peach or banana slices
  • 2 tsp. wheat germ (optional)

Directions

    In blender, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ, orange juice, ice cubes and sugar (sweetener) and blend one minute or until smooth.

    Serve immediately, poured into tall glasses and topped with peach and banana slices and sprinkled with wheat germ. A cool and guilt-free treat anytime!
