- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau
- 90g packet chocolate hazelnut macaroons, crushed
- 12 red glace cherries halved
- 100g flaked almonds, toasted
- 60g dark chocolate, melted
- Fruit Coulis
- 1 punnet pureed raspberries (or strawberries) with Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Directions

1Combine Philly*, icing sugar and Cointreau.

2Fold through the macaroons and cherries.

3Spoon the mixture onto a piece of baking paper, spread to form a rectangle, 30cm x 5cm.

4Roll up in the paper to form a log, then carefully press into a triangular shape.

5Freeze until firm.

6Remove the paper.

7Thoroughly coat the log with flaked almonds and drizzle with chocolate.

8Slice and serve with Fruit Coulis.
