- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 5 egg yolks
Directions

1Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2Add melted chocolate and continue beating thoroughly.

3Add egg yolks and beat again until fluffy.

4Blend in extracts.

5Sprinkle 1/2 nuts into 18 cupcake liners.

6Spoon mixture into liners.

7Top with remaining nuts.

8Freeze.

9When serving, can be topped with whipped cream.
