Garlic Cauliflower Soup

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups organic vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • salt

Directions

    In a sauce pan combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil

    Cover with a lid and lower heat to simmer.

    Simmer for 15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

    Remove from heat and pour into a food processor.

    Whirl until smooth and thick. (If the soup is too thick for your liking, feel free to add a little more stock)
