Garlic Cauliflower Soup

- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups organic vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- salt
Directions

1In a sauce pan combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil

2Cover with a lid and lower heat to simmer.

3Simmer for 15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

4Remove from heat and pour into a food processor.

5Whirl until smooth and thick. (If the soup is too thick for your liking, feel free to add a little more stock)
