- 35 ears fresh sweet corn
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 pt. half and half
Directions

1Husk, silk and wash corn.

2Cut from cob into a large roaster. Add butter and half and half.

3Put in 325° oven.

4Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

5Remove from oven.

6Cool down by placing roaster in sink with ice water under it.

7Divide corn into 2 containers for faster cooling.

8When cool, package and freeze as quickly as possible.

9To serve, heat corn through.

10Add salt and a bit of sugar, if desired.
