  • 1 large can sliced pineapple
  • 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, semi-thawed
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar

    Drain and dice peaches and pineapple.

    Add bananas and strawberries.

    Combine all fruit in large bowl.

    Bring water to a boil; add sugar and boil until clear.

    Pour over fruit.

    Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.

    Fill with fruit mixture and freeze overnight.

    Set out 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
