Frozen Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade (natural color)
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. instant tea
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. food coloring (if desired)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except tea.

    Mix instant tea in a cup of water or fruit juice and then add to mixture.

    If this doesn't make 1 gallon, add enough water to make 1 gallon.

    This gallon is your base.

    To this add 2 gallons of water, making a total of 3 gallons of punch.

    Freeze this mixture in containers in deep freeze.

    When ready to use, take out long enough to thaw to a slush.

    Before serving, add 1 small bottle of ginger ale to each punch bowl of punch.

    Will serve approximately 80 punch cups.
