  • 1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese, whipping cream and sugar.

    Add all other ingredients and pack in mold that has been lightly sprayed with Pam; cover tightly and freeze until ready to serve.

    Slice thin and serve on lettuce leaf.
