  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. or 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo

Directions

    Defrost potatoes and mix everything together except melted butter or oleo.

    Place in a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with corn flakes and melted butter or oleo.

    Bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours.
