- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. or 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Defrost potatoes and mix everything together except melted butter or oleo.

2Place in a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with corn flakes and melted butter or oleo.

3Bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours.
