- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- miniature chocolate chips, fruit, preserves or nuts
Directions

1Line muffin tins with foil liners.

2Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

3Mix the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.

4Add eggs; mix well.

5Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.

6Bake for 25 minutes at 325°.

7Remove from pan when cool.

8Chill.

9Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.
