  • 2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. ginger or 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, dissolved and heated in 1/2 c. water
  • 2 qt. vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except ice cream.

    Fold in ice cream. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts.
