Name: Frozen Salad
Ingredients: 1 package Neufchatel cheese, softened; 1 c sour cream; 1/4 c sugar; dash salt; 1 17 oz can apricot halves, drained and chopped; 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained; 2 16 oz cans pitted, dark sweet cherries, drained; 1 c miniature marshmallows

1 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar
dash salt
1 17 oz can apricot halves, drained and chopped
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 16 oz cans pitted, dark sweet cherries, drained
1 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

Mix cheese, sour cream, sugar salt and marshmallows.

Fold in fruits.

Pour into a freezer-safe container.

Freeze 8 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before slicing and serving over a piece of lettuce.
