  • 8 c. strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. pectin
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix strawberries and sugar together.

    Let stand 20 minutes. Combine pectin and water and boil 1 minute.

    Pour over berries. Mix well.

    Seal in freezer containers and freeze.

    Makes 5 pints.
