Fruit And Nut Chocolate Bark

  • 250 gms Dark chocolate - chopped
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 Tbsp almond shavings/chopped roasted almonds
  • 1 Tsp coffe powder

Directions

    Melt chopped chocolate over a double boiler. Infuse it with coffee powder as it melts.

    Spread melted chocolate over a baking tray which should be lined with butter paper.

    Top with raisins and almond shavings.

    Leave aside to set for 30-45 minutes

    Take off butter paper and break into pieces.
