Spinach au Gratin

  • 1-1/2 lb. baby spinach leaves
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 25 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.

    Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp.

    drippings in skillet.

    Drain bacon on paper towels.

    Add spinach to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min.

    or just until wilted, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat.

    Add cream cheese; stir until melted.

    Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
