- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 medium red apples, unpared and cubed
- 1 c. pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries (optional)
- 1 c. frozen whipped topping
Directions

1Combine rice, pineapple, marshmallows and sugar. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

2Fold in apples, cherries and nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Chill 1 hour.
