  • 5 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 12 cup dried apricot, diced
  • 12 cup dried prune, diced
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Stuff into poultry and cook as directed, or pack into buttered 8 cup baking dish and bake at 350F 30-40 min until hot and top is browned.
