- 2 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 10 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. mixed candied fruit
Directions

1Arrange pecan halves in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Combine flour, egg, brown sugar and melted butter in bowl; mix well.

2Pour into prepared baking pan.

3Press candied fruit lightly into batter.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Cool.

6Cut into squares.
