  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
  • 1/2 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda, grated orange peel and vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2/3 c. powdered skim milk
  • 1 tsp. maple extract
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate

    Put bread through blender to crumb.

    Pour bread crumbs in bowl.

    Stir in all the other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Spoon into a 6 cup nonstick muffin tin.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.

    This equals 2 breads, 2 milks and 2 fruits.
