Fruit Cake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. Crisco
• 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour (1 c. to roll fruit and nuts; only use 1 1/2 c. in batter)
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 pinch allspice
• 4 slices candied pineapple, chopped
• 1 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
• 2 c. nuts, chopped
