- 1 lb. mixed candied fruit
- 1/2 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
- pinch of salt
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
Directions

1Dredge fruit in flour; add salt, nuts and coconut.

2Add milk and mix thoroughly.

3Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 275° oven.

4Store in airtight container 5 days before serving.
