  • 1 lb. mixed candied fruit
  • 1/2 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

    Dredge fruit in flour; add salt, nuts and coconut.

    Add milk and mix thoroughly.

    Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 275° oven.

    Store in airtight container 5 days before serving.

    Makes about 4 dozen.
