  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 chopped maraschino cherries
  • 6 oz. pineapple cheese spread
  • chopped pecans

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Drain and squeeze pineapple and cherries; chop in food processor.

    Mix all ingredients (except pecans) and roll in chopped pecans.
