- fresh or frozen fruit (approximately 1 qt.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Place fruit on bottom of glass Pyrex dish.

2Sprinkle with water and 1/2 cup sugar.

3Mix flour and 1 cup sugar in bowl. Cut egg into dry ingredients until like coarse crumbs.

4Sprinkle over fruit.

5Melt margarine and pour over.

6Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes until topping is brown.
