- 1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 Tbsp. skim milk
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients together.

2Let sit 5 minutes in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Sift remaining dry ingredients together.

4Cut margarine into dry ingredients.

5Add milk.

6Shape to cover fruit.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Serve warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
