  • 2 or 3 c. fruit (raw or cooked)
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter (I reduce the butter by 1/3)

Directions

    Melt butter in the baking pan or dish. Combine flour, sugar and milk.

    Mix well and pour over melted butter.

    Next, pour fruit in pan over the top of the batter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
