- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- fruit (peaches, berries, rhubarb, etc.)
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix flour, milk, sugar and baking powder.

3Pour on top of butter.

4Place fruit on top (any amount).

5Berries or rhubarb should be sweetened first.

6Bake at 375°, until butter comes up over fruit and browns on top (about 45 minutes).
