- 1 qt. fruit, any kind (peaches are very good)
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside.

2Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and milk.

3Pour batter over margarine.

4Place fruit over this batter.

5Do not stir.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
